As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing change and engagement strategies to support the successful embedding and adoption of key digitalization strategies across Macquarie Asset Management, working closely with aligned Digital Solution Owners and business stakeholders.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

We are seeking a candidate to define and implement change and engagement plans that support digitalization strategies, including conducting impact assessments, developing user persona profiles, and designing activities to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Change Management, Digital Solutions, and Internal Communications, to align messaging, track key metrics, and ensure a seamless change experience across the business. Additionally, you will monitor feedback, prepare stakeholder updates, and ensure all activities adhere to governance standards and frameworks.

Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $165,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, HR, marketing, communications, or psychology (preferred), with experience in change management, transformation, or consulting roles and a proven track record in implementing change and engagement plans for digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to mobilize and engage individuals across various levels with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a blend of empathy, analytical, and creative skills to ensure user-focused change design and delivery.
• Ability to think and act strategically and tactically in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining effective collaboration and organizational skills.
• Track and deliver on key performance indicators, including change adoption, training effectiveness, engagement scope, feedback scores, and stakeholder satisfaction.
