Join our fast paced and diverse Commodities and Global Markets Risk Culture and Supervision team, driving delivery and enhancement of our existing supervisory tools and control suite, and conduct related processes. What role will you play?

You will lead engagement with senior stakeholder in EMEA, driving continual improvement of Commodities and Global Market’s risk culture, conduct and supervisory practices. You will support our supervisors and stakeholders with all supervisory control and system queries, design and delivery supervisory training and reviews, be the local lead on conduct related issues (including market conduct), and the local representative in relevant governance meetings and assist with preparation of management reporting.
You will build and maintain strong trusted stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with your global peers to ensure consistently delivery and fair and equitable treatment of Commodities and Global Markets staff and clients, and the markets it operates in.

What you offer

  • Highly motivated senior non-financial risk subject matter expert, with 12+ years of experience within financial services
  • A strong understanding of financial markets, front office supervision, conduct risk, market conduct, fraud and related rules / regulatory expectations; exposure to other financial or commodities trading businesses would also be beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior business and risk colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence
