Join Macquarie Asset Management in the Client Solutions Group as a Campaign Marketing Associate, working in a high performing and collaborative team that delivers integrated campaigns and growth marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, digital engagement and business outcomes. As a member of this team, you will support global coordination and management of content-led programs including research papers, thought leadership, investment updates and other campaign marketing initiatives for the Institutional clients and prospects.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will support the planning, execution and monitoring of investment content and global marketing campaigns, that amplify our brand, capabilities, and strategies within the Institutional market. Play a key role in the production and syndication of thought leadership including our flagship private markets thought leadership publication – Pathways and assist in the production management and promotion of marketing materials, including digital experiences, content, video, social media, email marketing, print collateral, and digital advertising. This hands-on role will provide you exposure to various corporate sectors and stakeholders, and the opportunity to collaborate with other marketing team members, graphic designers and digital producers to develop creative solutions that align to business goals.
Salary range for this position: $58,000 - $88,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.   • Bachelor/Undergraduate Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with team collaboration.
  • Solid organizational and attention-to-detail skills and familiarity with workflow or project management tools like JIRA is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Willingness to learn and assist in process improvements and adapt to team needs.
