You will advise Macquarie Capital’s regional Business and Risk teams on the implementation of central policies and frameworks, while providing independent Operational Risk oversight and insights for the Americas region. Your role will involve supporting the approval of principal transactions and major business changes, driving a strong risk management culture, and partnering with teams to ensure effective risk controls. Additionally, you will contribute to the Operational Risk team by delivering discrete projects, conducting risk deep-dives, and preparing insightful reports.

Salary range for this position: $101,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
