What role will you play?

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our Private Equity style Real Assets Funds including transaction support for new deals and funds, manage financial close processes, and supervise ongoing finance operations for SPVs, including the setup of fund administrator services, engagement of tax consultants, accounting, audits, and regulatory reporting. As a key business partner to Americas Real Assets leadership, you will drive strategic initiatives, support business growth and proactively engage with senior stakeholders on complex projects, while also being involved in the oversight of portfolio company valuations. Additionally, you will lead internal teams and collaborate with external service providers to enhance operational efficiency, optimize practices, improve data flows and technology platforms, and mitigate risk across the business.
Salary range for this position: $250,000 - $335,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.   • 15+ years’ experience in financial services and team leadership
  • Proven track record in managing finance operations for funds and SPVs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Demonstrated experience in developing high performing teams and fostering positive culture
