What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical and business teams, translating requirements and supporting the delivery of technology initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues across the division to identify opportunities for improvement, document requirements, and ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and support the implementation of business and technical solutions that benefit our teams and stakeholders.

What you offer

  • 2-3 years' of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role, supporting technology projects of various sizes
  • Ability to analyse, document, and facilitate process design changes, identifying both business and system improvement opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience producing clear project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and future state proposals
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
