Join our Commodities and Global Markets Group in this pivotal role, where you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the financial management strategy by developing and implementing a comprehensive cost, budgeting and TCO framework from the ground up. What role will you play?

Working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, you will build and implement cost management, budgeting and TCO frameworks, as well as establish processes for cost allocation, recovery methodologies and reporting standards to ensure financial transparency. In collaboration with our Finance team, you will be involved in financial reporting, variance analysis and supporting business recoveries.
In addition, you will identify cost optimisation opportunities and provide actionable insights to leadership, as well as leading stakeholder meetings on month-end results and budget cycles.

What you offer

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in management accounting, cost allocation and business performance reporting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with professional English proficiency and experience in global, virtual teams
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in Apptio and other technology finance tools an advantage
  • Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) and experience in cost management, TCO frameworks and financial process design
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, demonstrating achievement drive, attention to detail and a focus on process improvement and continuous learning.
