Our Technology Business Management, Learning and Leadership team operates as a centre of excellence supporting all areas of Technology at Macquarie. We lead central functions including business management, business intelligence, learning, brand, communications, employee experience, and early careers programmes, delivering key initiatives aligned with Technology’s strategic priorities.

What role will you play?

As a Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of learning, recruitment, and development projects for early career talent in Technology. You will manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and help shape engaging learning experiences and career pathways. Your work will support the growth and development of our people, making a lasting impact on our Technology community.

What you offer

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects to a high standard, ideally within technology or digital environments
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in supporting people outcomes, learning initiatives, and early career development within technology.
