Join our Sydney-based Client Solutions team within the Commodities and Global Markets Futures Division. Our business provides clients with access to Trade Execution, Clearing, Settlement and Deliveries on over 50 Exchanges globally. Our Client Solutions team is dedicated to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions to global financial services, commodities, and energy industry customers.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for coordinating the operational setup of clients across execution, clearing, and settlement platforms, ensuring a seamless client experience. You will work closely with sales, front office and operations teams across Australia, Singapore, USA, UK and Europe. Collaborating with technology and business teams, you will create and enhance client reporting as well as facilitate client transactions, including FX deals and provide ongoing customer support.

What you offer

• 2+ years of work experience in an operations or a client support role in a financial service organisation
• Exceptional client service and excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to be available for shift-work and on public holidays if required.
