What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer across multiple digital channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. You will build, configure, test, and optimise these journeys, leveraging custom actions and event triggers to create personalised and automated communication flows. Your expertise in customer data platforms (CDP) will enable you to work with audience segmentation, profile stitching, and identity management, ensuring highly targeted campaigns.
You will play a key part in multi-channel campaign optimisation, driving consistency across all customer touchpoints and using testing and analytics to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, you will configure and interpret journey-level reporting and campaign analytics, providing actionable insights to continually improve journey design and maximise campaign ROI. Your contribution will be vital to delivering seamless, data-driven customer experiences and achieving strategic marketing objectives.

What you offer

  • Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Real-Time CDP concepts (identity stitching, segments, events, and profile unification)
  • Hands-on experience in, Journey design and orchestration, Custom actions and event-based triggers, Preference centre and subscription opt-out flow, Landing page creation within AJO or integrated tools and multi-channel campaign management (email, SMS, push, etc.).
  • Background with journey reporting, analytics, and optimisation techniques
  • Familiarity with data governance, consent management, and privacy best practices
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, technology, and data teams.
