What role will you play?

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Security Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of security operations within our offices in ANZ, reporting to the Regional Security Lead.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Macquarie staff, visitors, and customers. You will have experience in building and workplace security, risk management, training and site assessments. You will be an excellent communicator, be inquisitive, comfortable functioning in a fluid environment, be confident and have a learning mindset and be well-versed in current affairs.

What you offer

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in security management or a related field, preferably in a corporate or large-scale environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of security concepts and risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to security stakeholders and non-security audiences.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and changing corporate environments and ability to respond effectively in dynamic and stressful environments
  • Proven experience managing physical security
  • Experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week with flexible working options available when required
