You will be part of the Global Co-investment team, designing equity strategies for our consortium-led buyouts and for our post-acquisition syndications, raising equity and allocating co-investment opportunities, establishing and negotiating commercial terms, and managing ongoing relationships with co-investors. Your responsibilities will include supporting transaction teams and the investment committees with co-investment strategic advice and execution support. Additionally, you’ll be creating, negotiating and overseeing bespoke strategic partnership agreements with some of the world’s largest institutional investors to maximize the benefit to our clients.

Salary range for this position: $220,500 - $300,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
