You will be involved in the planning and execution of the conference, including coordinating with internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure smooth logistics and exceptional attendee experiences. You will also be involved in all aspects of the event coordination, including marketing, logistics and set up.

In addition, you will develop event concepts and themes based on client requirements and company objectives, whilst managing event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation and tracking expenses.
