Join our Corporate Access team as a Group Site Tours Specialist to support Macquarie’s upcoming flagship Asia conference in May 2026 to ensure seamless group site tours for institutional clients.

What role will you play?

You will play a key role in managing and executing group site tours for institutional clients across Asia, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. You’ll organise and oversee visits to corporate offices, manufacturing plants and other relevant facilities, handling client registrations and coordinating all logistical aspects, including travel arrangements, schedules and accommodation.
Acting as the primary contact point for the tours, you’ll engage with participants, manage travel bookings and respond to inquiries. You’ll also collaborate with research analysts, the corporate access team and corporates to prepare informative agendas that deliver real value.

What you offer

  • 3+ years’ experience in corporate access, investor relations, event management or a similar investor-facing role with a strong understanding of the Asian corporate landscape
  • Proven ability to deliver seamless logistical coordination and client engagement in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication with fluency in English and Mandarin
  • A proactive, professional and client-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing needs
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules, including occasional extended hours and travel as required, and the ability to commit to the contract period of Feb/Mar – May 2026.
