Our Wrap Transformation team plays a pivotal role within Macquarie’s Wealth Ecosystem, enabling our people, partners, and clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Based in Sydney, we collaborate closely with Wrap product managers, senior leaders, and stakeholders to develop a broad range of products, including the Macquarie Wrap platform, Separately Managed Accounts, and Private Bank offerings.

What role will you play?

As a Transformation Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of significant changes across our Wealth products, ensuring a seamless experience for advisers, clients, and internal teams. You will engage with business stakeholders to align on our vision and roadmap, and prepare the organisation for change. Your work will include launching new product features, managing regulatory and compliance changes, enhancing digital experiences, and supporting technology upgrades or client migrations.

  • Operational or business analytical experience within financial services
  • The ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and quickly grasp new concepts
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • A collaborative approach, building effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders and excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and self-motivation, working well both independently and as part of a team.
