What role will you play?

You will be responsible for leading the development of a unified design system, translating a high-level vision into actionable principles and guidelines that serve the entire digital ecosystem—including websites, apps, advertising, and communications. You will architect the system’s key elements, such as visual brand codes and typography, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure components and documentation are aligned and scalable. By defining a cohesive design language, you’ll unify brand, product, and user experience across platforms. You will also be involved in hands-on design, documenting decisions with clear recommendations, and maintaining high standards for interaction and visual quality to deliver a world-class user experience. As a central connector, you’ll bring together engineering, product, and brand teams around a shared strategy, and drive operational excellence by integrating DesignOps principles to ensure the system evolves and endures.

What you offer

  • Proven experience in strategic design leadership, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create and scale a comprehensive design system that works across a brand’s digital ecosystem / customer experiences
  • Deep expertise in UX/UI, interaction, and visual design.
  • Excellence in documentation: clear, concise and actionable articulation
  • Collaborative and clear communicator with exceptional stakeholder management & influence skills with a track record of uniting cross-functional teams around a common goal
  • Deep expertise in digital systems thinking, UX/UI and the ability to design modular, scalable solutions
  • Exceptional craft in visual design, UX/UI, interaction, and motion, typography, layout, and brand integration – for logged in as well as advertising/comms - with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Technical fluency, including a strong understanding of front-end frameworks, design tokens, and modern design–developer workflows (to collaborate with engineering & UX/UI teams)
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect design decisions to business impact and customer delight.
