What role will you play?

Reporting to our Asia Head of Content, you will lead the development and execution of client strategy across our institutional equities business in the region, transforming data and market insights into actionable account plans that deepen relationships and drive revenue growth. You will design and implement frameworks for client segmentation, resource allocation and engagement, leveraging analytics to optimise commercial outcome.
Partnering closely with sales, research, execution and control functions, you will align priorities, foster cross-product collaboration and deliver exceptional client experiences. As a champion of continuous improvement, you will ensure data integrity, drive automation and implement optimisation initiatives that position our franchise for sustainable growth.

What you offer

  • 10+ years of experience in client strategy or related roles within institutional equities across Asia markets
  • Proven ability to develop and execute client tiering strategies, design and run KPIs, scorecards and sales credit/profitability models that align behaviors and improve collaboration
  • Track record of delivering revenue uplift and monetisation, driving cross-functional and cross-product collaboration, and processing optimisation and automation initiatives
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms with exceptional analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities with the ability to engage senior clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
