What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead and mentor developers within the APAC Algorithmic Development team while driving innovation through robust technical solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of existing algorithmic strategies and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance automated trading performance.
Collaboration with business and quant teams will be central to shaping product strategy. You will also contribute to agile development practices, partner with QA, Compliance and Support teams, and provide Level 2 production support to ensure system stability and performance.

What you offer

  • 10+ years of hands-on development experience in capital markets with strong exposure to electronic trading strategies
  • Strong Java expertise, with familiarity of C# an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of market microstructure in Asia or other global markets
  • Knowledge of sequencer architecture would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics is an advantage.
