What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will apply your expertise to enterprise projects in data management, risk, and AI, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. You will drive initiatives to enhance data frameworks, establish risk and governance metrics, and implement AI solutions. Your responsibilities include gathering and synthesising requirements from diverse groups, ensuring compliance and regulatory considerations, translating business needs into actionable specifications, supporting project delivery, liaising with testing and operations teams, and contributing to ongoing improvement and a positive team culture.

What you offer

  • 4+ years’ experience in business analysis for enterprise projects, ideally within data management, risk, or AI
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex situations
  • Adaptable approach to applying business analysis techniques, achieving effective results in diverse project environments
  • Experience working in global and regulated settings, with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify technical information and foster productive collaboration across teams
