What role will you play?

As the Global Voice Surveillance Lead, you will oversee the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our voice surveillance program across all regions. You’ll ensure surveillance controls are robust, regulatory expectations are met, and the program adapts to new risks and communication channels. Your role will involve partnering with stakeholders in Compliance, Technology, Front Office, Operations, and Internal Audit to deliver high-quality surveillance outcomes. You will also lead key projects, manage regulatory deliverables, and drive enhancements using emerging technologies.
Salary range for this position: $168,000 - $180,00/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compliance, Surveillance, Operational Risk, or related financial services functions.
  • Strong knowledge of global trading rules, market conduct, and voice recording regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with voice surveillance technologies, speech-to-text engines, alerting tools, or communications surveillance systems.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and work effectively with senior stakeholders across global teams.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of presenting complex information clearly.
