The Digital and Marketing Technology team within Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group is driving the creation of a unified, AI-enabled digital experience ecosystem. The team delivers seamless self-service, connected experiences, and efficient global content operations, accelerating technology adoption to enable intelligent and engaging experiences for clients and business stakeholders.

What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of digital content, AI, and experience capabilities for our business stakeholders. You will work closely with the Content, Experience and AI Platform Owner and our global engineering team to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with business and technical objectives. In this role, you will lead end-to-end planning and delivery of prioritised initiatives, manage timelines and risks across multiple workstreams, and foster continuous improvement in delivery practices.

What you offer

  • 5-7 years experience in technical delivery or project management within digital content, marketing technology, or user experience-focused environments
  • Strong understanding of content management systems, digital platforms, and user experience principles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
