In this role, you will be responsible for advising on environmental and social risks in transactions, developing and implementing group-wide environmental and social risk policies, and contributing to Macquarie’s environmental, social, and governance disclosures. Your role will include supporting reviews, conducting technical analysis, and monitoring transactions and clients while collaborating with business groups on new products under the environmental and social risk policy. Expect to also implement policies, systems, and projects, prepare program materials, presentations, and training, and provide communications on environmental and social topics. Additionally, you will support the team on key issues such as climate, environmental and human rights risks, and monitor sector trends like biodiversity to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Salary range for this position: $105,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
