We have an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Corporate Governance team within Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). You'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for managing corporate governance of MAM legal entities, board meetings and ensuring registry/maintenance of legal entity information on the portal.

In this role, you will manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and board administration for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local and global standards.

What you offer

4+ years of experience managing board and committee processes across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Luxembourg, US), ensuring robust compliance and governance excellence.
Skilled in handling event-based and annual compliance requirements, statutory filings, and maintaining accurate compliance calendars.
Experience in director lifecycle management, related party transactions, and maintaining governance trackers for international entities.
Competence in coordinating Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance renewals and supporting risk mitigation initiatives.
Strong demonstrative experience in documentation, stakeholder support, and driving process improvement projects within global teams.
