Senior Associate - Exposures Assessment & Monitoring

Join our RMG Credit Central team and you will have an opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Our team is responsible for all aspects relating to the counterparty exposures, including monitoring that exposures are within the approved limits.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will perform in-depth investigation to identify cause for excesses. You will be responsible for investigating and responding to ad-hoc queries relating to the value or quality of exposures computed by the systems.

What you offer

  • Strong understanding of derivative pricing, including Potential Future Exposure (PFE) and Mark-to-Market (MTM) calculations, and their sensitivity to market movements.
  • 2–4 years of experience with a degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, finance) or relevant postgraduate study.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets and derivatives, including pricing fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate complex concepts clearly while working effectively within deadlines.
