Join our Dispute Resolutions team within our Banking and Financial Services Group' Legal division, responsible for managing litigious matters across multiple jurisdictions.

What role will you play?

As a legal expert in the Dispute Resolution team, you will liaise with a range of stakeholders across different products and services.

You will manage sensitive or escalated matters raised with AFCA, Regulatory Notices and Investigations and fraud related issues, as well as formal litigated proceedings.

What you offer

  • 5-7 years’ PQE litigation, regulatory investigations or dispute resolution experience in private practice (or combination of private practice and in house experience).
  • Exposure working in the banking industry including advising in relation to litigation and investigations, regulatory issues, audit, breach reporting and incidents.
  • Ability to engage and build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholder across the whole ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment with a strict attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated risk management awareness and commercial approach.
