What role will you play?

In this role, you will collaborate with business teams to accurately set up and manage client obligations for new products within the Ontra system, focusing on key fund documents such as investor side letters and limited partnership agreements. You will utilise the AI-powered SaaS platform to track, monitor, and report obligations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will proactively engage with stakeholders to address non-compliance, analyse obligation data for risks or overdue tasks, and manage cost processes and user access across systems.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
Interest or experience in project management, and a willingness to support operational initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to diverse audiences
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement; exposure to financial services or asset management is advantageous
