While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location.

What role will you play?

In this Full Stack Developer role, you will design and develop scalable, secure technology solutions that transform private markets through innovation and data-driven insights. You will work closely with colleagues across teams to deliver industry-leading client solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and tools to build impactful platforms. This is an opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to create modular, well-architected systems that connect internal data and platforms seamlessly.

What you offer

  • Experience working in asset management and/or financial services
  • Proficiency in Python with FastAPI and/or Django Framework
  • UX/UI design experience and proven ability implementing sophisticated UIs using ReactJS
  • Familiarity with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL
  • Skilled in API integration and microservices architecture
  • Experience leveraging automated CI/CD processes and tools
  • Experience managing agile planning with JIRA and Atlassian tools
  • Experience or awareness of leveraging AI-assisted SDLC is a plus
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and delivery mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
