Join our Tech Assist team, who deliver and support technology solutions for all businesses in our Singapore office. As a member of Tech Assist, you will be the face of technology to our businesses for all services and platforms.

What role will you play?

As a first point of contact for all staff who require help or information regarding technology within Macquarie, you will have an immediate impact on the service to the business and be the face of technology. You will deliver a customer focused service experience, provide training and education on Macquarie's technology platforms. You will own technology problems and requests to deliver positive outcomes for the business.

What you offer

  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys solving problems and engaging with their customers
  • A passion for technology, with a keen curiosity and proactive mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows/MacOS, iOS, Office 365, InTune), with the ability to support and troubleshoot issues
  • Experience working with or supporting Video Conference / Audio Visual technologies would be an advantage.
