Our Business Management team plays a central role in supporting the Personal Banking division at Macquarie, driving both daily operations and strategic development. Working within the Chief Operating Officer’s team, we collaborate across sales, product, finance, and risk to ensure the division runs smoothly and achieves its objectives

What role will you play?

As a member of the Business Management team, you will help deliver operational stability and strategic progress for Personal Banking. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to support performance, manage budgets and risk, and contribute to key divisional priorities. This role offers broad exposure across personal banking and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through process improvement, project support, and clear communication.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share insights clearly and engage stakeholders across the business
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and maintain agility in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and commercial acumen, with the capacity to draw meaningful insights from financial metrics
