While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require at least a majority of the week in the advertised location.

As a Senior Attorney, you will play a key role in supporting complex transactions and portfolio management, acting as a trusted senior counsel. Providing legal advice and execution support across leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Managing the transaction lifestyle from initial agreements to exit, providing advice on targeted legal and regulatory matters and supervising the work of external counsel while at all times practicing commercial judgment alongside strong technical legal skills. Working across multiple industries and jurisdictions, you will collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners.
