In this role, you will work to understand, define and design improvements to capabilities and structures that underpin delivery of the Risk Management Group services, while providing insights into the effectiveness, maturity, and optimisation opportunities that align to strategy. You will work as part of a small team responsible for design of initiatives that align with our strategic priorities, operating model principles, and capability needs, contributing to delivery of business architecture artefacts that enable clarity, alignment and “join the dots” to drive informed decision making by senior leaders and management teams. With your commercial experience, you will be building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and engagement styles to achieve outcomes.
In addition, you will partner with teams across business, data and technology to develop opportunities to enhance our operating model and capabilities. You will support and deliver enabling artefacts to analyse the link between strategic objectives, business problems/opportunities, capability gaps, and investment need; to support effective communication of current and target states to management and sponsors to drive decision making. You will contribute to governance processes to ensure designs reflect agreed requirements and architectural standards; and, where appropriate, supporting handover to project delivery teams while maintaining oversight of design integrity throughout implementation.
