Join our Global Trade Support Services (TSS) team and directly influence the success of our equities and equity derivatives businesses by supporting critical trading and settlement front-to-back applications.

What role will you play?

In this role, you'll provide front to back application support for global equities and equities derivatives trading and settlement platforms, working closely with front, middle and back office stakeholders. In this role, you will manage incidents, enquiries and escalations while driving timely resolution of complex production issues in a highly regulated environment. You will also contribute to the delivery of key technology initiatives, leveraging strong technical expertise and clear communication to enable efficient and reliable business outcomes.

What you offer

• 5 to12 years of experience supporting trade execution and/or trade settlement in a front to back trading environment
• Experience supporting vendor and in house trading and settlement platforms across equities and derivatives products
• Strong understanding of front to back trading lifecycles, including trade settlement processes and applications
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Unix and SQL in both on premise and cloud environments
• Exposure to execution technologies such as FIX protocol and electronic execution platforms
