From trading commodities and engaging in fixed income and currencies to futures and asset finance, the team ensures every client benefits from seamless onboarding, account management, and ongoing support. Our Client Fulfilment team plays a vital role in building and maintaining trusted client relationships while collaborating with compliance, risk management, and other specialist teams to ensure our processes are robust, efficient, and always client focused.

You will report directly to the Product Lead for Client Onboarding, who owns the strategic vision of our client onboarding platform. As a Product Analyst within the Client Fulfilment team, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and delivering a scalable, innovative, and client-centric onboarding platform that supports our growth across multiple lines of business and global markets. You will work closely with the Product Lead to leverage the latest technology, manage competing priorities, and unlock business value. Collaboration will be key as you engage with stakeholders across CGM business divisions, Technology, Financial Crime Risk, Client Services, and external vendors to deliver a best-in-class onboarding solution.
