Our Financial Crime Risk Product and Delivery team, part of Macquarie's Risk Management Group, is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for transaction monitoring and intelligent risk detection. Working on the Contextual Monitoring project, the team partners across the organisation to implement advanced business solutions that strengthen our approach to financial crime risk management.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and definition of solutions for our transaction monitoring programme. You will collaborate with business, technology, and data stakeholders to shape the future operating model, systems, processes, and controls. Throughout the delivery lifecycle, you will work closely with project and programme leadership, covering a broad range of areas including technology, policies, and data, while engaging stakeholders from multiple groups and divisions.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
