In this role, you will provide proactive, high‑level support to senior leaders by ensuring they are consistently well‑prepared, informed, and equipped to operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment. Coordinate complex calendars, travel, events, and key operational processes while acting as a trusted partner who brings clarity and structure to shifting priorities. As you build strong relationships across the business, you will collaborate closely with corporate functions and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. At the same time, you will streamline workflows, enhance processes, and resolve issues before they escalate—always delivering with a polished, commercial, and solutions‑focused mindset.

Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
