Join our Compliance team supporting Macquarie Asset Management in Japan. You will also be a key member of our Japan and Asia Regional Compliance team, which supports all our business groups.

Reporting to the Macquarie Asset Management Compliance Asia Head and the Japan Country Head of Compliance, you will provide advice, manage and respond to regulatory inquiries, perform monitoring and testing of key controls and processes, be responsible for maintaining Compliance owned policies and procedures, and help create and administer training.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
