Join Macquarie Asset Management’s Corporate Governance team in Luxembourg, where we oversee the governance management of a portfolio of holding companies across several infrastructure funds. Our team works closely with global legal and specialist teams to ensure good governance practices and compliance with relevant laws, policies and principles. What role will you play?

You will support the day-to-day management of governance for Luxembourg holding companies, ensuring good practice is applied and our obligations are upheld.
Coordinating with our Luxembourg preferred legal advisors, you will manage sizeable business transactions, including asset acquisitions, distributions to investors, asset realisations, refinancing and business restructurings.
You will organise board meetings, shareholder approvals, corporate filings, KYC requests and a wide variety of corporate and administrative tasks for the management of our Luxembourg holding companies.
Working in collaboration with the broader team, you will help to identify process inefficiencies and devise and implement improvements.

What you offer

  • 3-6 years’ transferable experience as a lawyer, governance professional, or company secretary, with an understanding of corporate administration and financial services
  • Degree educated with a record of academic achievement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Motivated, proactive, resilient, resourceful, and able to demonstrate sound business judgement
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or French is advantageous
