Our Risk Management Group Control Tower team oversees the operational aspects of change, data and technology activity within the Risk Management Group. We partner across functions and teams to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and enable our colleagues to focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.

What role will you play?

As a Transformation Advisor in the Risk Management Group Control Tower, you will play a key role in uplifting delivery capability across the portfolio. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Product, Delivery, Data and Technology to develop insights, support strategic planning, and embed effective operational practices. Your work will help drive a strong delivery culture and enable consistent communication and alignment across the Risk Management Group and its partner teams.

  • Experience applying Agile methodologies, including agile at scale, combined with strong capability in operating model design, business analysis, or programme, project or product delivery.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and contribute to a connected and high‑performing community.
  • Proven experience in operations or delivery environments, supported by an understanding of governance, disciplined execution and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop clear and engaging presentations for senior stakeholders using PowerPoint, and confidence facilitating workshops.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, alongside experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or JSM, and exposure to change, data or product delivery (highly regarded).

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
