What role will you play?

As a Data and AI Community Lead, you will oversee the delivery and operational coordination of community initiatives, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders and a positive participant experience. You will manage the planning and governance of events such as the Macquarie AI Hackathon and Data and AI Expos, as well as maintain relevant community and learning resources. Your work will be central to supporting engagement, adoption, and continuous improvement across our Data and AI community.

What you offer

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or events involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, including prioritisation, tracking, and follow-through
  • Effective written communication skills for clear and concise updates to stakeholders and participants
  • Confidence in facilitating structured forums, both virtual and in-person, with a delivery-focused approach
  • Experience maintaining team enablement content, such as SharePoint pages.
