Executive- Credit Risk Business Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity to join our DDR Capital platform team. Our team is responsible for driving change across capital systems ensuring optimal solution design for credit risk calculation.

What role will you play?

In this role you’ll be an integral part of the team, responsible for managing changes in Credit Risk Domain which includes:
• BAU change management covering BRD, FRD, UAT and change prioritisation.
• Collaborate with cross functional team to plan and deliver global change for regulatory compliance.
• Play a pivotal role in optimising the system utilisation and ensure its effectiveness and help identify any risks and mitigate them.

To be successful in this role you will have:
• MBA (Finance) + B Tech and good to have FRM/CFA
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Credit risk knowledge and working experience on any Credit risk engine ( RWA calc).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry
• Financial instruments / product knowledge is preferable.
• Communication skills are required as the role will involve interaction with global stakeholders at various levels.
• The ability and self-confidence to work independently and accountability of delivery.
• Strong MS Office skills; especially Excel
• Ability to investigate business issues and identify technical root causes.
