You will join a team dedicated to solving problems and delivering meaningful outcomes for our staff and clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding staff and customer needs by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, uncovering pain points and refining user stories. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer to ensure our highest‑value problems are prioritised, and you will define and execute test cases to ensure releases are delivered to a high standard of quality.
