What role will you play?

As a Data Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of data pipelines and platform features that underpin our transformational data initiatives. You will apply your problem‑solving skills to a variety of technical challenges, creating practical and well‑structured solutions. Working closely with both operational and business stakeholders, you will help ensure that data capabilities are reliable, accessible, and aligned to emerging needs. You will be part of a collaborative engineering team where diverse perspectives are valued and where your ideas can directly influence outcomes.

What you offer

  • Strong hands‑on programming experience in Python, with the ability to develop solutions for medium to complex applications
  • Experience working with containerisation and cloud environments, including tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon Web Services
  • Proficiency in SQL, including authoring complex queries and defining database structures, as well as experience working in Linux or Unix environments
  • Working knowledge of modern integration methods using application programming interfaces, and familiarity with big data technologies such as Redshift, Hive, Spark, or Presto
  • Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow or Argo Workflows, alongside source‑control tools such as Bitbucket, and an understanding of security best practices.
