Join our global People and Culture team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Financial Management, People and Engagement business. What role will you play?

You will ensure operational excellence across the team by coordinating planning cycles, quarterly updates, headcount tracking and operational reporting to keep the business aligned and moving forward. You will manage governance activities by maintaining calendars, action registers and compliance documentation, while also supporting financial and resource management through data collation, variance tracking, vendor coordination and accurate workforce updates.
You will play a hands‑on role in strategy, change and transformation initiatives by coordinating project plans, timelines and stakeholder updates and by preparing insight‑rich materials for leadership forums. You will help lead communications and engagement activities that strengthen culture and connection. You will also be a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring the People and Culture Director is fully supported in preparing for key meetings, forums and interactions.

  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and produce simple, insight‑driven summaries
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to adapt your style for different stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively across teams
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and organisational tools, with comfort working with financial and operational data
  • Experience in business support, operations or analyst roles, with sound judgement, discretion and a strong sense of ownership.
