Our team sits within Banking and Financial Services Group and provides governance and regulatory guidance to our wrap platform business. We support the Group by ensuring our superannuation and investment products operate within regulatory requirements.

This role will be offered as a 12-month contract

What role will you play?

Working with a range of stakeholders across our risk and compliance, legal and product divisions, you will ensure Macquarie's superannuation and IDPS products are operating within existing and new regulatory requirements.You will prepare and present high‑quality reporting for Board and management committees on trustee matters, including member outcomes. You will lead compliance with key regulatory standards and support the ongoing review of business frameworks and policies. You will help manage and implement new business initiatives to meet regulatory changes, and you will oversee annual business performance reviews and member outcomes assessments for Macquarie’s superannuation trustee. You will also support compliance with design and distribution obligations by managing the framework and conducting the annual review of Target Market Determinations.

What you offer

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of wrap products, including superannuation, and the regulatory environment.
  • Experience in superannuation products or in a legal, risk or compliance role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A sound understanding of regulatory requirements relating to superannuation.
