What role will you play?

As a Senior Vice President, you will hold a critical senior role within the Digital Infrastructure advisory group. You will drive corporate and financial sponsor coverage efforts and oversee deal execution by leveraging your digital infrastructure sector knowledge, deal experience, and industry relationships.
Your origination responsibilities will include working collaboratively with your colleagues to develop relationships and drive thoughtful, strategic dialog with clients in a lead role. In addition, you will lead the execution of buyside and sell side M&A, capital raising, and debt advisory transactions. As part of your origination and execution leadership responsibilities, you will drive the development of broader industry themes and thought pieces to support the team’s client discussions.
Importantly, you will act as a role model and culture carrier to promote a healthy, team-oriented, and high performing environment.
The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $325,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Strong professional ethics and collaborative attitude
  • 9+ years’ track record in M&A deal execution and client coverage (may vary based on relevant experience)
  • Demonstrable sector expertise in some of or all the key digital infra verticals, including data centers, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure
  • Robust M&A deal sheet in digital infrastructure
  • Experience in leading teams of VPs, Associates, and Analysts to develop impactful client deliverables
  • Knowledge of and close involvement in all stages of a transaction’s lifecycle, including origination, preparation, diligence, and negotiations
