What role will you play?

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of learning, engagement, and early career programmes by coordinating activities, events, and communications that contribute to high‑quality outcomes. Working with Project and Programme Managers, you will help maintain delivery plans, prepare materials, and manage logistics to ensure a positive experience for participants. You will also build strong relationships across teams to support effective communication and smooth programme execution.

  • Experience in project coordination, programme support, or people engagement, with the ability to work across multiple activities and timelines
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in building relationships with senior stakeholders and working with diverse teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft engaging and accessible content
  • An interest in learning, early career development, and building connected communities, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
