What role will you play?

You will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within Macquarie’s Technology division, including managing diaries, logs, trackers and correspondence to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will coordinate meetings, travel and expenses, oversee staff onboarding, off‑boarding and internal movements, and support the planning and delivery of team and office‑wide events.
In addition, you will engage with suppliers and service providers, complete ad hoc requests to support the wider team, and collaborate closely with local and global assistants on initiatives that improve business operations. This is an integral position that offers strong development opportunities, allowing you to grow your organisational and people skills while interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

What you offer

  • 0 - 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Group Assistant, or similar administrative support role
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters.
