Digital Banking Apps is the team behind that experience, responsible for the core capabilities of accounts, payments, transactions and self-service across web and mobile, for retail and business customers. What role will you play?

As Director of Product for Digital Banking Apps, you will lead the product team responsible for Macquarie's highest visibility consumer digital platforms. You will build and coach a team of Product Managers, establishing how they approach discovery, prioritisation, delivery and measurement of outcomes. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders across retail and business banking, as well as engineering and design leadership, to ensure what gets built reflects both customer needs and business priorities. You will set the strategic direction for the platform and communicate it clearly across the organisation, creating alignment on where it's heading and why.

  • An outcome-oriented approach to product management, grounded in data, human-centred discovery practices, and measuring what matters
  • Extensive experience leading product teams and developing product managers
  • Evidence of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience setting and communicating strategic direction for a product area
  • Deep understanding of digital products and comfort in a fast-moving, and regulated or complex enterprise environment.
