What role will you play?

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders from technology and business teams. You will code, test, and implement solutions using technologies and concepts in big data, data warehousing, data ingestion pipelines, ETL, cloud hosting services and CI/CD tools. In addition, you will ensure that data engineering best practices are being followed throughout the delivery lifecycle and are kept up to date.

What you offer

• 5+ years of experience delivering data engineering projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong grounding in data engineering best practices, technical design patterns, and distributed computing.
• Hands-on Big Data expertise with Spark, Hive, Presto, modern storage formats (Parquet/ORC/Avro), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Ansible).
• Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL pipelines, batch scheduling tools (Control M, Oozie, Airflow), and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Proficient in SQL performance tuning, shell scripting, and general-purpose programming languages such as Python.
