What role will you play?

In this role you will analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical actions that support service reliability. You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs, improve processes, and shape solutions informed by data and business context. You will have the opportunity to apply critical thinking, especially when using modern AI tools.

What you offer

  • Experience analysing data to draw meaningful insights and support decisions
  • Experience working in service reliability, IT operations, or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimise them
  • Advanced capability using Jira and Confluence, including proficiency in JQL
  • Familiarity with BI or visualisation tools, modern AI workflows, or platforms such as ThoughtSpot or Sumo Logic.
